Vivamusic.com is Part of New Generation of Smart Condominiums
Vivamusic.com offers its content and features to the residents of Hillbrooks Condominium via Enabled Homes' e-Lifestyle Web Portal
Singapore, 3 November 2000 - Vivamusic.com, Singapore's premier music lifestyle network, announced its partnership with Enabled Homes Pte Ltd at the launch of eNabled Homes Lite. Vivamusic.com will offer its content and features, such as sales of custom CDs, through eNabled Homes Lite, an e-lifestyle web portal which offers integrated services and solutions to residential developments.
Vivamusic.com will provide music content and products at the portal's eNtertainment module, which is lifestyle-centric. Through iHome, Hillbrooks' residents will be able to view music content, like music videos and interviews, and in the near future, purchase music CDs and custom CDs. Two months ago, the music lifestyle network brought in and unveiled Southeast Asia's first CD-maker, which allows customers to create custom CDs. From next week, this feature will be available online, and will eventually be offered to Hillbrooks' residents as well.
“We aim to reach out to as many music-lovers as possible,” said Mark Lai, CEO, Vivamusic.com. “Hillbrook's iHome portal allows us to reach a whole community, and at the same time provides ease of use and payment to its residents. Slowly but surely, more and more people are purchasing online. Making online payment and billing easy as well as secure will encourage more to shop and buy online.”
eNabled Homes' industry leading technology solutions allow it to offer online billing and payment for its vendor services. This differentiates eNabled Homes from its competitors, which in many cases only offer links to external services which bill separately and require payment only from credit or charge cards. Individual users within a household will be assigned a password that they can simply enter on the iHome portal to pay for a host of services and products that will be billed to their Giro accounts.
eNabled Homes Lite will be launched tomorrow at Hillbrooks Condominium, where the portal will be offered to its residents. The Hillbrooks Condominium iHome Portal offers its residents and management a range of services that include easy-to-use messaging, online booking of facilities, as well as purchasing and billing functions. The portal leverages on high-speed broadband infrastructure to provide cutting edge technology that allows conveniences and services. The portal is made up of three modules: eManagement, eCommunity and eNtertainment.
In Vivamusic.com's bid to reach more music-lovers, it recently announced agreements with Asia Cable TV (ACTV) and MobileOne (M1). The collaboration with ACTV brings Vivamusic.com to more than 10 million cable TV households in China, whereas its partnership with M1 connects Vivamusic.com to M1's subscribers via their Wireless Applications Protocol (WAP) enabled mobile phones.
