It was 8pm and there was a very long queue outside Hard Rock Café. It is not unusual to see long queues outside Hard Rock actually. But the weird thing is that the line is made up of teenagers who have come in droves to meet their favourite group, Atomic Kitten.
Unlike any other showcases, the Atomic Kittens started quite on time. As soon as the lights were dimmed, the crowd started to get into frenzy. The girls were screaming on top of their lungs even when the Kittens were not in sight!
Lime and the Tube hosted the showcase. Jaime and Louis, presenters for the latter then came on stage. The crowd just couldn't stop screaming making the presenters inaudible.
Hard Rock Café literally rocked when Natasha, Liz and Kerry bounced onto the stage! The fans were so excited that they were jumping up and down. The kitties introduced themselves and straightaway went into their first hit single, "Right now". As they were doing their song and dance, they invited some of their fans on stage to join them.
These Liverpool based girls involved their fans in almost every way they can. They chatted with the fans and touching them whenever they could, practically doing away the invisible border they had with their fans.
While the kitties were doing their do, the bartenders at Hard Rock had their fair share of fun too! They did a synchronised impromptu dance routine that caught the attention of those seated at the bar counter. These jovial spirited lads should share the stage with the Atomic Kitten too!
The Atomic Kitten performed "I Want Your Love", a slow number, "Hold Again," and "See Ya". After prancing around the stage for about 20 minutes, they said see ya to their fans. Leaving their fans unsatisfied and wanting to see
more of kitties.
