Vivamusic Hub's first CD maker sale!

The first in Asia to have the ability to custom-make your own CDs, Vivamusic Hub at Cathay Cineleisure Orchard has seen a stream of customers, curious about the CD Maker. Vivamusic has also scored another first as well, with the opening of their flagship store, the first true click and mortar model for the music industry in Asia. The CD Maker is it's most unique feature in the Hub that has also other facilities like wireless broadband surfing as well as an impressive array of CDs, magazines and accessories for sale.

Though the database for the CD Maker does not contain popular songs by the major record labels at this point in time, it does include songs that are not easily found nowadays.

This was what drew Beverly Guai's attention when she came to the Hub on 26 August. Looking through the various song selections that the CD Maker has, 19-year old Beverly chose eleven tracks to make a custom CD that she titled “For Mum“. Tracks that she selected were, “Don't Take Your Love From Me“ by Barry White as well as romantic classics, “Unchained Melody“ and “Yesterday“. Beverly spent around $36 on her selections and collected her custom-made CD the very next day.
