E.L.T. the common name for this band consists of Mochida Kaori (vocal), Igarashi Mitsuru (keyboard and programming) and Ito Ichiro (guitar). They debuted on 17 August 1996 with a single, “Feel My Heart”. Before that, Ito and Igarashi have already pal around much. Kaori was later invited to join them when the recording company discovered her talent. However, success was not shinning on them until they released their third single. On 9 April 1997, E.L.T. hit it big with their first album, “everlasting”. “Time goes by”, this single that was out in Feb. 1998 even became their signature tune and was often sang in karaoke. As if God has preordained their undeniable success, on the first day of this year, they released a new maxi single, “Pray”. This song is a reflection of E.L.T. past style. It is very catchy and rhythmic. A product or a fruit that is much awaited after E.L.T. eight months' disapperance from the music scene.
