Titan A.E.
If you are a fan of electric guitars, crashing drums and synthesized
music, then you’ll definitely love "Titan A.E." the music
from the motion picture.A total of eleven tracks are on the soundtrack itself, each
different but somewhat the same. With acts like Jamiroquai, Texas and
Bliss lending their music to the soundtrack, you can
say that "Titan A.E." is a compilation of many different talents
especially when you have Grammy-winning producer and songwriter,
Glen Ballard producing the soundtrack on Capitol Record.Notable tracks includes Texas’ "Like Lovers (Holding On)",
"Karma Slave" by Splash Down and "Not Quite Paradise"
performed by Bliss. All three tracks offer something different
other than your usual fare of rock music. "Like Lovers (Holding On)"
is probably the only track that is actually sentimental.
I liked the starting of "Karma Slave", with its interesting
Indian-inspired tune. Even before the movie is set to hit local shores,
the first single from the soundtrack has already made it to the
Top 10 Most Added list on the Modern Rock charts.
So all of you rock or soundtrack fans out there, put
"Titan A.E." at the top of your "Must Buy" list!
