8701 - the title of the album and also the date of the release. But it's more to that to Usher than just a date. 8701 also reflects a new level of creative growth, maturity and input for him.
His fourth album is a mix of hip-hop flavoured pop and edgy R&B. His first single, “Pop Ya Collar” explains it all. A sort of party-tune but you know it's an Usher piece through the vocals. “U Remind Me” is also a classic on its own. The infectious rhythm will not get out of your head no matter how hard you want to get rid of it.
This guy has it going for him to become bigger and he is only 22. after 8701, we are definitely expecting more from this singer, producer, actor, songwriter and actor extraordinaire.
