Dubbed as the “Equation Gig”, Avant Garde, Proverbs and Majestik Legacy are set to rock Vivamusic Hub this Saturday(24/2/2001).

Armed with witty rhymes and tasteful beats, the three groups will close the series of the “Sounds of The Asian Underground” gigs.

Avant Garde is a four-piece outfit consisting of Ibraheem, Ishaaq, Najib and the lady of the group, Kim. Their performances are known to be different from the rest. Their last gig was 'Weekend Trip' where they did a live band set with Shouldn't. So expect more interesting things to happen during their set.

Formerly known as Infant3, the group decided to do away with their battle rhymes and settle for a new approach altogether. As Proverbs, they try do rhymes based on the issues that are plaguing the society now. Watch out for them, as they will be bringing you five tracks in true Proverb-ial flavour.

Last but not least, Majestik Legacy is a newcomer to the scene. Fresh out of school, the Majestik Legacy boys will strut their stuff and prove that age isn't a factor.
